Established in 1988, the company has been built by founding Director Perry McDonald and his son, Managing Director Carson McDonald, who have worked side by side for more than 15 years to make it one of the leading builders in Townsville and North Queensland.

Managing Director
As Managing Director and Open Builder Licensee, Carson runs the business day to day and is involved in every project, from contract negotiation and estimating through to completion. Over 15 years he has built experience across civil, commercial, industrial, warehouse, multi-level, residential and unit construction. A registered Open Builder and carpenter, he makes sure each project is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
Founding Director
Perry grew up in Townsville, completed his carpentry trade and founded Perry McDonald Constructions in 1982. He is experienced in every part of contract and project management, from estimating and contract administration to site supervision, and his reputation has put the company at the forefront of commercial, industrial, unit and high-end residential construction.
Project & Contract Administrator
Litsa brings a background in the engineering and construction sectors, with experience in office management and project coordination and a Diploma of Project Management. She keeps projects on track and meeting the required standards.
Administration & Accounts
Liz looks after office management, contracts, financial reporting and accounts. With a long background in residential, civil and commercial construction, she has a thorough understanding of project delivery and compliance.
