Draft/Design
Our design team helps turn your concept into reality. We consult architectural, structural, civil, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical engineers early, so any concerns are identified before the design brief is set.

Preparation of Budget
Using the design brief, we prepare a budget for your project, so you can see the expected cost before pricing and detailed design begin.

Tendering/Pricing
We prepare a detailed scope of works for each trade, which sets the staging and construction method. Our preferred subcontractors and suppliers then price the work, and we look for savings without compromising on quality.

Detailed Design
Once the tender price is agreed, we complete the detailed design, covering structural, architectural, civil and hydraulic planning, and manage the construction drawings and specifications.

Project Management
We manage procurement, development and town planning, building permits and stakeholder meetings. Our experienced project managers have strong relationships with local authorities and other external parties, and keep a close eye on approvals and material delays so key milestones are met.

Licences & Certification
We are a fully licensed and insured commercial builder. Every subcontractor must hold the right licences and meet building certification requirements, and all subcontractors and suppliers are assessed on their performance and quality throughout the project.

Safety
The safety of our people is our first priority. Every project has its own safety plan, site-specific inductions and toolbox talks, and safety is monitored from start to finish to protect our team, subcontractors, clients and the community.
